Last updated: June 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thevalleycraftclub.com (the "Site") and your attendance at any Valley Craft Club event. By using the Site, purchasing a ticket, or attending an event, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase tickets.1. Who We Are
Valley Craft Club ("VCC," "we," "us," or "our") is a Scottsdale-based pop-up craft social club for women. We host ticketed in-person events at various venues throughout the Scottsdale and Phoenix area.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to attend Valley Craft Club events. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. VCC reserves the right to request ID at any event and to refuse entry to anyone who does not meet the age requirement. Ticket purchases are non-refundable in this circumstance.
3. Ticket Purchases and Registration
All ticket purchases are made through Eventbrite. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to both these Terms and Eventbrite's Terms of Service. Tickets are non-transferable except with prior written approval from VCC via direct message on Instagram (@valley.craft.club) or email [email protected]
VCC reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee from an event at our sole discretion.4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Attendee cancellations: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event date. Refund requests made more than 7 days before the event will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Event cancellation by VCC: If VCC cancels an event, all ticketholders will receive a full refund. VCC is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including travel or accommodation expenses.Event rescheduling: If VCC reschedules an event, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund by contacting us within 48 hours of the reschedule announcement.5. Assumption of Risk
Valley Craft Club events involve hands-on craft activities including but not limited to: cutting, gluing, painting, block printing, candle-making, jewelry assembly, and other creative projects. These activities carry inherent risks including minor cuts, burns, stains, allergic reactions, and other injuries.
By purchasing a ticket and attending a VCC event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in craft activities. You acknowledge that you are participating of your own free will and that VCC has made reasonable efforts to provide a safe environment.VCC is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during or in connection with attendance at a VCC event.6. Alcohol Policy
Some VCC events are BYOB or are held at licensed venues where alcohol is available for purchase. VCC does not purchase, provide, serve, or distribute alcohol at any event. Alcohol service at licensed venues is the sole responsibility of that venue and its staff.
If you choose to consume alcohol, you do so entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your alcohol consumption and any consequences thereof, including but not limited to impaired driving, injury, or illness. VCC strongly encourages attendees to arrange safe transportation home from any event where alcohol is present.7. Photo and Video Consent
Valley Craft Club events are photographed and/or video recorded for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes. By purchasing a ticket and attending a VCC event, you grant Valley Craft Club an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your name, image, likeness, and voice captured at VCC events in any format and through any medium, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, email marketing, and the VCC website, without compensation to you.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, it is your responsibility to notify a VCC representative at the beginning of the event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee exclusion from all content captured at a group event.8. Code of Conduct
VCC events are inclusive, welcoming spaces. All attendees are expected to treat fellow attendees, venue staff, and VCC team members with respect. VCC reserves the right to remove any attendee who engages in harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or conduct that VCC deems inappropriate, without refund.
9. Property Damage
Attendees are responsible for any damage they cause to venue property or VCC property during an event. VCC reserves the right to seek reimbursement from any attendee responsible for damage.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and event concepts, is the property of Valley Craft Club and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written consent from VCC.
11. Email Communications
By joining the VCC waitlist or providing your email address through any form on this Site, you agree to receive email communications from Valley Craft Club, including event announcements, early access invitations, and occasional updates. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
We will never sell or share your email address with third parties without your consent.12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Valley Craft Club, its owner, agents, and volunteers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: your use of this Site; your attendance at any VCC event; any injury, loss, or damage sustained at a VCC event; or the actions of any third-party vendor, venue, or co-host at a VCC event.
In no event shall VCC's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the ticket to the specific event from which any claim arises.13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valley Craft Club, its owner, agents, and volunteers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your attendance at a VCC event, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
14. Third-Party Venues and Partners
VCC events are held at third-party venues and may involve collaboration with third-party artists, instructors, or brands. VCC is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any venue, co-host, or partner. Each venue and partner operates under their own terms, policies, and insurance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or attendance at a VCC event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
16. Changes to These Terms
VCC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of tickets after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
